How do I create an account?
Tap "Sign Up" on the homepage. You can sign up with your email or use Google. Pick a username, and you're in. Takes about 30 seconds.
How do I upload a product?
Go to your dashboard and hit "New Product." Add a title, description, cover image, set your price, and upload the file. Once you publish it, it shows up on your page and people can buy it right away.
Selling
How do I get paid?
Through Stripe where it's available: when someone buys, the money goes straight to your Stripe account. If Stripe doesn't operate in your country, you can apply for our international rail — we collect the payment and pay you out by PayPal, which you withdraw from Settings whenever you like.
What's the fee?
Creators keep 100% of what they charge — we don't take a cut from you. Buyers pay a service fee on top of the listed price: currently 10% (minimum 50¢) plus a flat 60¢ for payment processing, always shown before they pay. Free products carry no fee.
How do I set up payouts?
Head to Settings and look for the Payouts section. If Stripe covers your country, tap "Connect Stripe" and follow the steps — Stripe will verify your identity and you're ready to sell. If it doesn't, apply for international payouts from the same place and we'll settle your earnings to your PayPal. One rail per account, so pick the one that reaches you.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. You pick the price for every product you sell. You can also offer products for free if you want. It's your call.
Buying
How do I buy a product?
Find something you like, tap the price button, and check out. You'll need an account to buy. After you pay, the product shows up in your Library right away.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through Stripe — and PayPal for creators on the PayPal rail. The checkout shows you exactly which options a creator supports.
Can I get a refund?
Since these are digital products, refunds are handled case by case. If something is broken or not what was described, reach out to us and we'll sort it out. We're fair about it.
How do I download what I bought?
Go to your Library. Everything you've bought lives there. Tap the product and hit "Download." You can download it as many times as you need.
Account
How do I change my username?
Go to Settings, then the Profile section. You can change your username there. Keep in mind your old username becomes available for others after you change it.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings and scroll to the bottom. You'll see a "Delete Account" option. This anonymizes your profile (name, bio, and avatar removed, username released) and takes your content down. Transaction records are kept for legal reasons, and buyers keep access to what they bought. It can't be undone, so be sure.
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in page, tap "Forgot password." Enter your email and we'll send you a link to set a new one. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Tips
What are tips?
Tips let people send money to a creator just because they want to. No product needed. It's a way to say "I like what you do" with your wallet.
How do tips work?
Go to any creator's page and tap the tip button. Pick an amount (or type in your own) and send it. The money goes right to the creator through Stripe, just like a purchase.
Do tips have fees?
Creators receive the full tip amount. The tipper pays the platform fee (currently 10%, minimum 50¢, plus 60¢ processing) on top of the tip — same structure as product purchases, shown before paying.
